Ruselectronics makes antennas for high-speed Web on transport
KUBINKA, Moscow Region, Aug 16 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Ruselectronics, part of state industrial holding Rostec, will start production of antennas to equip cars, trains, helicopters, airplanes, and ships with the high-speed Internet anywhere in the country, in 2023, a Ruselectronics spokesperson told PRIME on Tuesday.
“Thanks to the national satellites on orbit, the equipment will enable passengers to use stable high-speed connection at any location in Russia,” the spokesperson said.
The new antenna systems are integrated with multi-media sets and can be used for video conferencing, including private one, IP telephony, steady high-speed connection to the Internet, and others.
Ruselectronics’ developer Avtomatika presented at forum Army 2022 three types of antenna sets – for airplanes, helicopters, and moveable objects.
